After spending the better part of his formative years in local kitchens and restaurants, Rodrigo Abarca decided to attend Lake Michigan College and open one of his own. Located at 8 South Elm Street in Three Oaks, Michigan, Oaks Eatery offers up many tasty breakfast and lunch cuisines with a Mexican flair and focus on the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
